Zion National Park:
Founded in 1918, Zion is Utah's oldest National Park. With nearly three million visitors per year, Zion is Utah's most heavily used park. You'll explore the land where the Virgin River has sculpted a profound landscape masterpiece. Incredibly, the river is primarily responsible for slowly carving it's way through layers of ageless rock sculpting Zion Canyon. When National Park Tourz takes you into the heart of Zion National Park, you will have the privilege of first exploring the Visitors Center and then hiking the trails to breathtaking sites such as Emerald Pools. Lunch will be served in Zion Canyon Lodge where you can also find souvenirs of the Park. We'll finish our day hiking the amazing Zion Narrows. The Zion Narrows trail ranks #5 in National Geographic Adventure Magazine. The trail leads into the deepest reaches of Zion Canyon where the walls are only 24' apart, and measure more than 1000' high! The trail begins with an easy paved walk and ends in a gorgeous towering slot canyon.
